At JGS Luxe Scent, we take great care to ensure every fragrance and product is of the highest quality. Each order is checked thoroughly before dispatch to guarantee it reaches you in perfect condition.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Faulty Items
- If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- You may be asked to provide photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrance products.
- Sale items, gift cards, and promotional items are non-refundable.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
