UK orders are estimated to arrive within 3–7 business days once dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international delivery may be available. International orders are estimated to arrive within 7–18 business days once dispatched, depending on location and customs clearance.

Do you offer free delivery?

Free UK shipping is available on orders over £100.

Will I receive tracking information?

What should I do if I entered the wrong delivery address?

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my fragrance?

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

What if my order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You may be asked to provide photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging so we can review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

What do I need to provide for a refund or replacement?

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required, such as your order number, receipt or confirmation email.

Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Can I return an opened or used fragrance?

No. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned.

Are sale or promotional items refundable?

Sale items, gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.

How long do approved refunds take?

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

How should I store my fragrance?

Avoid keeping your fragrance in areas such as bathrooms or windowsills, as changes in temperature can affect the scent over time.

Where should I apply perfume?

Apply your fragrance to pulse points such as the wrists, neck, behind the ears and inner elbows.

For a longer-lasting scent experience, apply to moisturised skin. Avoid rubbing your wrists together after spraying, as this can affect how the fragrance develops.

Can I spray perfume on my clothes?
